True Life is a self-discovery experience that weaves together Human Design, the I Ching and the Gene Keys to help you understand your nature and walk your path. The content is offered for personal reflection, inspiration and growth. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice (see §7).
The journey is free. If it touches you, you may make a voluntary donation through our payment partner, PayPal. Donations are gifts: they unlock no extra content and are, as far as the law allows, non-refundable. Donations are passed on to charity.
We may offer optional paid one-to-one conversations with Oliver, booked and paid through a third-party service (Calendly and its payment partner). Those sessions follow that provider's terms and pricing and are personal guidance, not therapy or professional advice.
You can explore the start of the journey without an account. To save your path you create a free account and provide accurate information, including birth data, which drives your reading. Keep your login secure. You may close your account at any time, which deletes your data (see Privacy §6).
Please don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no harvesting of other people's data, no attempts to break, overload or copy the platform, no harmful or abusive behaviour toward other members.
All interpretation texts, design, code and the overall experience are owned by the Provider and may not be copied or reused without permission. The underlying systems (Human Design, I Ching, Gene Keys) are referenced as bodies of knowledge; our wording is our own.
True Life offers reflective, contemplative content. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Decisions about your life remain yours. If you are struggling, please seek a qualified professional.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the service and these terms; we will flag material changes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the Provider's seat, where permitted by law.
True Life is a space of trust. We follow one rule above all: we collect as little as possible, and only what we genuinely need. We are transparent about how we use it, and you stay in control of it.
Birth data (date, time, place of birth) to calculate your chart — sensitive, treated with extra care. Your computed profile — the chart and Gene Keys spheres derived from it. Account (only if you create one) — email, a password stored securely (salted and hashed, never in plain text), and language. Your intention (optional). Your progress through the journey. Donations — handled entirely by PayPal; we receive a confirmation, never your card details. 1:1 requests — handled by Calendly.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising or analytics trackers — the site sets only what is strictly necessary to function. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, ever. We do not show ads.
We process your data to create and show your reading and to save your path. Because birth data and self-insight data are sensitive, we rely on your explicit consent under Art. 9 GDPR, asked per purpose so you decide each one separately: profile_storage (store your chart), community (connect with members, future), matching (suggest connections by complementary gifts, future), advising (let Oliver view your profile for a 1:1 you booked), newsletter (occasional updates). You can grant, refuse or withdraw any consent at any time. Refusing community or matching does not stop you using your own journey.
The chart calculation service (Devicion) — your birth data is sent only to compute your chart, for no other purpose. Vercel — hosts the site and runs our calculation request in an EU region (Frankfurt). Supabase — stores your account and saved path in an EU region (Frankfurt), once accounts are live. PayPal — voluntary donations. Calendly — optional 1:1 bookings. Each is bound to use your data only to provide its service to us.
You can access your data, get a copy/export, correct it (for example fix your birth time and we recompute), delete it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email oliver@someones.info and we act within the legal time frame. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Your account and saved path are stored on secured servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Birth data sent for calculation is processed for that purpose and held only briefly in temporary server memory to speed up repeat views; it is not written to any long-term store on our side without your profile_storage consent. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your data, with raw birth data hard-deleted, subject only to any retention the law requires.
True Life is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and, for material changes, tell you directly.
